Project A
A client from the FinTech world needed targeted marketing to expand their client base, they needed a fresh acquisition effort. Utilizing measurement of incrementality, accurate reporting and a regular targeting optimization process, both engagement and conversions increased, dramatically increasing the client’s book of business.
One key aspect of this client engagement included mortgage service marketing and the new regulatory requirements. The entire marketing campaign, over years and millions of outreach events, never resulted in a CFPB complaint.
project B
A Fortune 50 Healthcare Insurance company, which covered hundreds of thousands of unnecessary ER visits per year, wanted to reduce those types of visits. Through a targeted outreach effort, those not-needed ER visits were redirected to virtual care, urgent care and pharmacy visits at a rate of 10%-40%, depending upon the outreach campaign. Members were happier with their experience - and the insurer was able to save millions simply through educational outreach.
Analytical segmentation was the key to this outreach campaign. The efforts has originally been directed to a logical, but ultimately low-benefit target population, and through marketing analytics, the correct target population was identified.
project C
A major transportation company needed to know where goods were produced, and where they were consumed, to forecast and understand transportation demand. Using US government statistics and internal databases, a large data-product was created showing consumption and production by county of all counties in the US. The database was used to inform large capital investments.
The most interesting part of this work was the ETL architecture, which leveraged a sophisticated data model. The client utilized this data to make significant investments, so the explainability was vital. By both statistical analysis, but also close collaboration, we were able to communicate the value and accuracy of the product from the analyst to the C-suite.
